Grove is a lifelong resident of Randolph County and has worked for over 30 years in county government, including eight years as county treasurer. Founded in 1984, this honor is the highest award given by the AIC and bestowed upon Hoosiers who have served in the interest of county government through involvement with the organization. Grove joined the AIC Board of Directors in 2007, served as treasurer in 2013 and as president in 2016.
