Ziemke: Batesville artist's painting will be on display at the Statehouse

PHOTO CAPTION: Artist Joni Huber (right) of Batesville displays her art at the 2020 Hoosier Women Artists awards ceremony Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at the Indiana Statehouse. Huber's piece, "Women Bring All Voters into the World," displays a picture of Mrs. Herbert Carpenter holding an American flag made out of newspaper clippings and pictures of women. State Rep. Cindy Ziemke (R-Batesville) said Huber's work will hang for one year in Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch's office.
