STATEHOUSE (March 27, 2019) – State Rep. Jeff Ellington (R-Bloomington) recently welcomed student pages to the Statehouse.

As a House page, these participants toured the governor’s office, the House and Senate chambers, and the Indiana Supreme Court. They helped staff with daily duties and joined Ellington on the House floor during the legislative session:

“The House page program is a great opportunity for local students to become more active in our state government,” Ellington said. “These young Hoosiers learned more about the legislative process and how we do things here at the Statehouse.”

Students aged 13 to 18 should consider participating as a page during the 2019 session.
