Rep. Torr welcomes student pages to the Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (March 23, 2016) – State Rep. Jerry Torr (R-Carmel) recently welcomed the following student pages to the Statehouse:

• Andrew Ardizane, from Carmel, attends Carmel High School;
• Heidi Seymour, from Bloomfield, attends Bloomfield Jr.-Sr. High School;
• Isabelle Woodward, from Carmel, attends Clay Middle School;
• Jordan Arland, from Carmel, attends Carmel High School;
• Katherine Ginder, from Carmel, attends St. Theodore Guerin Catholic High School;
• Mary Ganser, from Carmel, attends St. Theodore Guerin Catholic High School;
• Matthew Jones, from Carmel, attends Clay Middle School; and
• Nate Jones, from Carmel, attends Hope Academy.

As a House page, these participants toured government offices, helped staff with daily duties and joined Torr on the House floor as he conducted the people’s business.

Torr said students aged 13-18 should consider participating next session.
