Rep. Gutwein welcomes student pages to the Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (May 1, 2017) — State Rep. Douglas Gutwein (R-Francesville) recently welcomed student pages to the Statehouse.

As a House page, these participants toured government offices, helped staff with daily duties and joined Gutwein on the House floor during the legislative session:

  • Brendan Day, from Winamac, attends Winamac Community Middle School;
  • Dacota Hurn, from Sumava Resorts, attends North Newton Junior-Senior High School;
  • Molly McClure, from Winamac, attends Winamac Community High School;
  • Adrianna Shires, from Winamac, attends Winamac Community High School; and
  • Danyel Stalbaum, from Medaryville, attends West Central Middle School.

Gutwein said students aged 13 to 18 should consider participating next session.
