New Jobs Coming to Indianapolis
STATEHOUSE: Rep. Cindy Kirchhofer (R-Beech Grove) is pleased that Indiana based Hahn Systems, LLC, announced plans to expand their headquarters in Indianapolis.
“We are excited to see new job growth and business expansion developing in our community,” said Rep. Kirchhofer (R-Beech Grove). “As we continue passing legislation this session our focus is on bringing high-quality jobs to Hoosiers.”
Across the Midwest, Hahn Systems supplies tools to residential contractors, commercial contractors, and wood-based manufacturers. The new headquarters expansion will create 20 new jobs by 2016. Hahns Systems, LLC, has already begun to hire additional sales, customer service and delivery associates. The new 27,000 square-foot facility is expected to open in Indianapolis by June.
"SESCO will be increasing its office and warehouse capacity by more than 70 percent and will look to hire additional personnel to keep pace with forecasted revenue increases,” said Scott Brown, president of Hahn Systems. “We feel this is an ideal time to be investing in Indiana for the long term and are thankful for the state and local assistance required to make this investment a reality."
“Small business expansion is the cornerstone of Indiana’s economic rise and job growth. It is wonderful that businesses continue to thrive within our community," said Rep. Kirchhofer.
