"I am extremely pleased that the court has taken a sensible stance in protecting our rights to the freedom of prayer. I find it incredible that they were able to place an injunction on prayer in the House in the first place. The Constitution clearly states that we have the right to freedom of worship. Separation of church and state is not even found in the Constitution. It states that the state cannot regulate religion and religion cannot dominate government. I am thankful that this fairness issue has come to light and prayer will once again be heard from the podium in the House of Representatives."
