(STATEHOUSE) Jan. 15, 2008 - Rep. John Ulmer (R-Goshen) issued the following statement in reaction to the State of the State address:
|Start Date: ||1/15/2008|| All Day|
|End Date: ||1/15/2008|
"Once again, we are dealing with a property tax dilemma. We need to act on this problem, and we need to act on it soon and find a permanent solution. We cannot keep dealing with this every two to three years. The governor has provided us with a great framework to substantially cut property taxes. A bipartisan effort will be needed in order for us to formulate a solution that is possible and permanent."
