STATEHOUSE (June 28, 2019) — State Rep. Tony Cook (R-Cicero) was recently appointed to a serve on the Interim Study Committee on Education.
Cook said over the next few months, members will examine career counseling in local elementary and high schools.

The committee is also tasked with studying local referenda and how it impacts teacher pay and other government entities.
Cook was also appointed to the Indiana Protection Services and Advocacy Commission. Members will look into matters ensuring adequate legal and advocacy services for the protection, promotion and empowerment of the rights and interests of people with disabilities.
