Cook appointed as vice chair of House Education Committee

STATEHOUSE (Nov. 23, 2016) — House Speaker Brian C. Bosma (R-Indianapolis) today named State Rep. Tony Cook (R-Cicero) as vice chair of the House Committee on Education.

“I have always been a strong advocate for education in my position at the Statehouse,” Cook said. “My career in education spans more than 40 years, including 36 years in various leadership capacities at Hamilton Heights, Clinton Prairie and Noblesville School Corporations. In this new role, I will continue to strengthen K-12 education in Indiana and strive to put all Hoosier students on the path to success.”

State Rep. Tony Cook (R-Cicero) represents House District 32, which includes all of Tipton County
