Bosma statement on state’s new energy task force

Note to the Press: Please include the following statement from House Speaker Brian C. Bosma (R-Indianapolis) in your coverage of Gov. Eric Holcomb’s announcement of the 21st Century Energy Policy Development Task Force. Bosma appointed State Rep. Ed Soliday (R-Valparaiso) as co-chair and State Rep. Ethan Manning (R-Denver) as a member of the 15-member task force created by law in the 2019 legislative session. Soliday is chair and Manning is a member of the House Utilities, Energy and Telecommunications Committee:

STATEHOUSE (June 10, 2019) – “The 21st Century Energy Policy Development Task Force will take a deep look at Indiana’s energy policies,” Bosma said. “We look forward to working with Governor Holcomb and our fellow legislative colleagues to ensure Indiana’s approach to the evolving energy landscape is thoughtful and forward-looking.”


Indiana House Speaker Brian C. Bosma (R-Indianapolis) represents House District 88, which includes portions of Marion, Hamilton and Hancock counties.
