The Indiana House of Representatives participated in the Suits and Sneakers Challenge, an annual event hosted by the American Cancer Society and National Association of Basketball Coaches, to help raise awareness. According to the American Cancer Society, lung cancer is the most common type and leading cause of cancer deaths in both females and males. Ways to decrease your cancer risk include not smoking, limiting alcohol consumption, eating a healthy diet and engaging in regular physical activity.
