We've consistently earned a AAA credit rating from all three major agencies, and our economy is growing faster than all of our neighboring states. Last session, we took key steps to reduce health care costs and those reforms are beginning to take hold. We've also continued to prioritize tax cuts for Hoosiers. Last year, between property tax cuts and income tax cuts, we advanced over a billion dollars in tax relief for Indiana families. This session, we plan to continue our work to lower expenses and make life more affordable for Hoosiers, including addressing housing and energy costs."

Whether you're baking family recipes passed down through generations or discovering new traditions, Christmas continues to be a time that highlights the very best of our communities.

Many of our towns are also hosting tree lightings, concerts, parades and holiday markets. Once again the Greenwood Amphitheater's lighted trail is free and open to the public through Dec. 31.
