As the 2026 legislative session approaches, the Indiana House of Representatives is once again offering college students and recent graduates the opportunity to intern at the Statehouse. The Indiana House Republican Internship Program open to all majors and students interested in government, politics or civic engagement.

Interning with the House of Representatives often serves as a launchpad for tomorrow's leaders. Each year, our program attracts some of the brightest and most motivated young professionals from across the state. They come to the Statehouse eager to learn and witness firsthand how our state government works and serves the people of Indiana. Our interns contribute to the legislative process in significant ways across a variety of departments.
