STATEHOUSE (May, 28, 2019) ­­­– “Like many Hoosiers, it is very frustrating to watch the U.S. Supreme Court miss an opportunity to strike down the appeal court’s ruling on the decision to terminate pregnancy based on potential race, sex or disability. While certainly disappointed, I am encouraged with the justices’ affirmation of life with its ruling regarding the humane burying or cremation of aborted babies. That is a big win for protecting the dignity of life.”
