STATEHOUSE (Feb. 9, 2026) – State Rep. Robb Greene's (R-Shelbyville) bill to enable Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children who are transitioning from center- or homebased ABA into their local school passed the House.

BACKGROUND: Every day the Indiana House of Representatives is in session, legislative business opens with an invocation to solemnize proceedings and seek guidance. Representatives invite local clergy to deliver the invocation and serve as the Minister of the Day.
