Representative Timothy Wesco is a 5th generation Hoosier and a lifelong resident of St. Joseph County. He and his wife, Kathryn, live in Osceola. Timothy is the sixth of 10 siblings (Charles, Jonathan, Virgil Jr., Ruth, Stephen, Nathaniel, Karisse, Lawrence and Joel) and the son of Virgil and Rebecca Wesco.
House District 21 includes portions of Elkhart County and St. Joseph counties.
STATEHOUSE (May 25, 2017) — Gov. Eric Holcomb today ceremonially signed a new law authored by State Rep. Tim Wesco (R-Osceola) focused on helping first responders.
STATEHOUSE (May 2, 2017) — Gov. Eric Holcomb signed into law State Rep. Tim Wesco’s (R-Osceola) bill removing the cosmetologist licensing requirement to practice natural hair braiding in the state.

STATEHOUSE (March 20, 2017) — State Rep. Tim Wesco’s (R-Osceola) bill calling for lawmakers to study Indiana’s civil forfeiture laws is headed to the governor for his consideration.
STATEHOUSE (March 10, 2017) – The U.S. News and World Report recently ranked Indiana No. 1 on its list of “Best States,” according to State Rep. Tim Wesco (R-Osceola).
STATEHOUSE (March 9, 2017) – State Rep. Tim Wesco (R-Osceola) teamed up with Habitat for Humanity of Indiana and fellow lawmakers today to formally kick off the General Assembly’s first-ever home build on Statehouse grounds.
Wesco joined Habitat officials on the South lawn to announce the results of their fundraising and tool drive efforts. Total contributions raised topped $50,500 – far surpassing the initial $30,000 goal to pay for building materials. The additional donations will help provide training and support for Habitat’s affiliates in Indiana. Legislators and Statehouse staff also donated about $3,500 in new and used tools.
STATEHOUSE (March 7, 2017) – Area legislators laced up their sneakers with their suits today at the Statehouse to help raise cancer awareness.
STATEHOUSE (Feb. 16, 2017) — The House of Representatives voted today in support of State Rep. Tim Wesco’s (R-Osceola) bill that would require the State Department of Health to respond to nonresidential on-site sewage system permit applications within 45 days.
STATEHOUSE (Feb. 13, 2017) — The House of Representatives today voted in support of State Rep. Tim Wesco’s (R-Osceola) bill that would deregulate hair braiding and allow citizens to practice for-hire without a license.
STATEHOUSE (Feb. 8, 2017) — The House Committee on Environmental Affairs today passed State Rep. Tim Wesco’s (R-Osceola) bill that would require the state Department of Health to either approve or deny a permit application for a nonresidential on-site sewage system within 45 days.
