Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time to visit. It is a privilege to serve as a state legislator for House District 13, which includes portions of Benton, Fountain, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Tippecanoe, Warren and White counties.

State Representative Sharon Negele grew up in the eastern suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western Michigan University in 1982 and her Masters of Business Administration Degree (concentration in Finance) from the University of Houston in 1990. In 1996, Rep. Negele and her husband moved to Attica, Ind. to raise their family.

Rep. Negele has considerable private and public sector experience; working 14 years in corporate finance for energy and telecommunications companies, 18 years as a small business owner of Wolf's Homemade Candies, three years as a grant writer/administrator and nine years as a Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Attica.

Rep. Negele has been married for 30 years to her husband Dennis McIntosh. They have two children: Doyle, a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Meteorology who is currently a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Pensacola; and Jessica, a student at Ball State University majoring in Public Relations.

Rep. Negele enjoys snow skiing and boating with her family. She is also an avid fan of kickboxing and weight training.
