State Representative Dick Hamm was born in Liberty, Ind. He began his career experience at Wallace Metal Products, where he worked for 19 years. He then purchased the Paul Casket Company in 1972 and was the Owner and President. In 1982, Rep. Hamm founded the Cambridge City Casket Company, and in 1999 he founded Dove Manufacturing.
He and his wife Debbie live in Richmond. They have three sons, one daughter, eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
House District 56 consists of a large portion of Wayne County in Eastern Indiana.
STATEHOUSE (Oct. 5, 2016) – Wayne County recently received more than $1.2 million in federal funding for a bridge replacement project, according to State Rep. Dick Hamm (R-Richmond).
